Welcome card with photograph - (standard for all new subscribers–no additional charge). The Tele Smiles team will sign and send a beautiful welcome card and photograph to the loved one. A picture of the Tele Smiles team will be included.

  • A Tele Smiles Angel will call with a warm hello and talk with them about their day, their interests or whatever they would like to talk about.
  • Grocery/needs lists will be forwarded to the family contact upon request
  • Reminder calls, (Doctor’s appointments, etc.)
  • Birthday and greeting card service
  • Florist/gift basket service for special occasions.
  • Telephone reassurance and caregiver respite.
  • Calls are recorded and documented for future reference, if needed
  • Inbound calling services are available, as well.
